Prenatal yoga can help with the discomforts of pregnancy such as sciatic, lower back pain, and fatigue, while aiding with digestion, circulation, sleep, pressure on the pelvic floor, and even the birth process.

Amelia Swenson, a certified pre-natal Yoga instructor will be running a session on Tuesday evenings from 7:40 pm to 8:40 pm.  The classes are free for members and $12 for non-members
