Mission Cliffs Staffer on East Coast Tour

Kelly McFarling recently took a leave of absence from Mission Cliffs to go on an East Coast tour to promote her music as a singer songwriter. Starting in Atlanta GA, Kelly worked her way all the way up the Appalachians, playing shows in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts and Maine. She traveled in a 1990 VW bus with her Banjo and Jonathan Kirchner - an upright bass player also from San Francisco. Kelly frequently plays in the bay area, and was excited at the opportunity to widen her musical experience on the east coast and meet and play with other musicians from around the country. Her favorite part about the tour was getting to play music every night to a new group of people, and being able to see Autumn on the east coast.

You can check out her music and where she is playing in the bay at www.myspace.com/kellymcfarlingmusic.
