SACRAMENTO PIPEWORKS MANAGER

Vaughn Medford
I've been the manager at Sacramento Pipeworks since 2001. I have been climbing for 21 years, and find that Yosemite big-walls are my favorite. I've lived in downtown Sacramento for over 25 years and have traveled extensively in the USA, Mexico, Central America, South America, India and Nepal.

I joined Touchstone in 2007 in order to feed my climbing addiction. I hold an AA in theology and a BS in geology, but one day hope to become a stone master. When not climbing the glorious walls inside a Touchstone gym, you can find me mountaineering, dancing ballet, completing triathlons or training for more climbing. |

I joined the Pipeworks staff in December 2009 and have been climbing on and off 7 years. I am more of a rope climber but my favorite place to go is Bishop, can't beat it. I am a Sacramento native and am currently attending Sacramento City College. After, I hope to transfer to a viticulture program to study wine. In my free time I like to do anything outdoors and spend time with my friends and family. |

Mr. Jason Bove was born Jason Bove, in the gorgeous midwest sector of the United States. He has presently found an even more pristine setting on the West side to reside. Joining the Touchstone family in 2006, Jason Bove may now be your neighbor and friend. |

Kristin I have been climbing on and off for about 4 years, and joined the Touchstone team in June of 2012. I am studying to be a Massage Therapist and hope to continue my education after I am certified in September. I love being outside, being with friends, and doing crafts. I love experiencing life to the fullest and love meeting new people |

Tahnee Despite my many hiatuses, I always find myself coming back to Sacramento Pipeworks! This gym has been not just a job but a family for me since 2007. I started climbing while living in Germany nearly a decade ago, the sport and lifestyle stuck with me. I have two degrees from UC Davis and am currently preparing to go back to school for my bachelors in nursing. I'm a combat medic stationed at Travis Air Force Base and I look forward to becoming a flight nurse and working with the wounded warrior project. No matter where I go though, Pipeworks is always my home! |
