She’s also trained... in Flow Yoga and Yoga Sculpt, blending strength, balance, and mindfulness in her teaching. Heather believes yoga is a transformative practice that can enrich your life, and she’s honored to guide others on that journey. When she’s not teaching, you can find her taking yoga classes, hiking, or playing pickleball.

With over 12 years of teaching... experience, she is now based in Los Angeles, where she deepened her Ashtanga yoga practice under world-renowned teachers like Tim Miller, Sharath Jois, and Kino McGregor. Elma’s teaching blends physical expertise with emotional transformation, offering Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and Progressing Ballet Technique. A published writer featured in numerous magazines, she is also the founder of Barre Movement Training, certifying instructors globally, and co-leads SIS Yoga Retreats, inspiring women worldwide through transformative retreats and collaborations with top fitness brands
