Aileen is a fitness instructor, 500\u2011hour yoga teacher, and physical therapist who\u2019s been teaching movement for the past eight years. She grew up in Southern California, spent a few years adventuring around Northern California where she previously taught at Pipeworks, and eventually made her way back home to LA \u2014 where you can now find her teaching at Cliffs of Id. When she\u2019s not teaching, you\u2019ll usually find her climbing or performing aerial arts – actively applying her skills for strength and flexibility.<\/p>\n
Her offerings include strength work, functional anatomy, restorative practices, and sound healing, all with a focus on helping build resilience both outward and within.
