At CoCo CrossFit, we help you attain elite-level fitness through a constant upgrade of your abilities. We use functional movements (pushing, pulling, squatting, running, jumping) in constantly varied combinations at high intensity. We incorporate elements from our years of team sports; the various CrossFit disciplines (old school, main-site, endurance training, football); our unlimited access to a rock climbing facility; our perspectives from participating and coaching in competitive athletics; and our decade of experience with CrossFit to help our members leverage their strengths and uncover untapped potential. Because our workouts are constantly varied, you won’t get bored doing the same routines day after day.

CrossFit is fitness for everyone. Our athletes include people recovering from injuries, folks who’ve never worked out before, as well as recreational and Division-1 athletes, all working out together and learning from each other. No matter your skill level, we would love to introduce you to CoCo CrossFit and get you in the best shape of your life…and you’ll look like it too!

Monday-Thursday 7pm On Ramp: a series of 8 classes reuired for CrossFit beginners. 60 minutes

Are you new to CrossFit?
We require those who are new to CrossFit to attend our OnRamp class. We ask that you attend 8 classes within a 1 month period. There’s a lot to learn! These classes are hands-on instruction and have a scaled back version of a typical CrossFit “WOD” (workout of the day). If you’re new or returning to CrossFit from injury or extended hiatus, simply inform the instructor of any physical limitations or concerns that they should be aware of. They’ll make sure the movements and workload are scaled to your specific needs.

If you already have CrossFit experience with another box, simply come to class and enjoy! Regardless if you have never Rx’ed “Fran” or if your time is sub-3:00, we’d love to have you join us for a workout!

How much is CrossFit?
CrossFit is free for Touchstone members. Non-members must purchase a day pass at the front desk.
