She\u2019s on a journey to cultivate a space for self-awareness, creativity, and communication. Lyss completed her yoga teacher training from Kootenay Yoga School in 2022 and teacher certification in partner acrobatics\/acroyoga by AcroLove in 2022. Outside of yoga and acro, she also loves to climb.
