GWPC is the home of CrossFit V16 and proudly offers over 40 classes each and every week to our community members and guests. Every movement and every workout is carefully designed in such a manner as to be completely scalable for novices and elite CrossFitters. Make your time in the gym count for more than a good sweat by building strength, speed, and increased work capacity. Learn Olympic-style weightlifting, powerlifting, basic gymnastics, and never get bored working out again!
How much is CrossFit?
Our CrossFit program functions as an additional/exclusive feature to our standard gym membership. As such, current members will pay an additional $20 a month (added to their existing monthly membership rate) for unlimited access to our schedule of classes. For visitors or those who simply wish to try out our CrossFit program before subscribing to this add-on fee, can simply pay our drop-in rate of $5/class for members or $30/class for non-members.

Are you new to CrossFit?
We require that those who are new to CrossFit (or returning from an extended absence from the program) complete at least 8 individual On-Ramp classes in their first month, before attending one of our regular CFV16 classes. These classes feature a smaller group and more hands-on instruction on the foundational movements commonly found in CrossFit workouts. Don’t worry though, they’re still a great workout! Once you’ve completed the required number of On-Ramp classes, you may begin attending our full schedule of classes/clinics/workshops.

New V16 athletes must complete 8 On-Ramp classes within a month before gaining access to our full schedule of classes.
