GWPC is the home of CrossFit V16 and proudly offers over 40 classes each and every week to our community members and guests. Every movement and every workout is carefully designed in such a manner as to be completely scalable for novices and elite CrossFitters. Make your time in the gym count for more than a good sweat by building strength, speed, and increased work capacity. Learn Olympic-style weightlifting, powerlifting, basic gymnastics, and never get bored working out again!

Day Class Times Description
Monday-Friday 6am, 7am, 8am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm, 7:15pm Classes are 60 minutes long.
Saturday 9:15am, 10:15am, 11:15am Classes are 60 minutes long.
Sunday 10:15am, 11:15am On-Ramp Sundays are open to all members at no additional charge (day passes apply for guests) and are 60 minutes long. New clients are encouraged to stay for the entire class. Intensity and workload can be adjusted for each client, based on experience and/or physical limitations to accelerate their learning.
The 11:15am class is a regular CrossFit class designed for both experienced CrossFitters and beginners who attended the 10:15am class.

Are you new to CrossFit?
We highly recommend that those who are completely new to CrossFit try it out by attending some of our On Ramp Sunday classes. These classes feature more hands-on instruction and a slightly scaled back version of a typical CrossFit WOD (Workout of the Day). However, if Sundays are out of the question for you, we pride ourselves at GWPC/CFV16 by offering 100% completely inclusive & scalable workouts, regardless of the class that you choose to attend. If you’re new, or returning to CrossFit from injury or extended hiatus, simply inform the instructor of any physical limitations or concerns that they should be aware of. They’ll make sure the movements and workload are scaled to your specific needs.

Are you an experienced CrossFitter looking to join v16?
If you already have CrossFit experience with another box, simply come to class and enjoy! Regardless if you’ve never Rx’ed “Fran” or if your time is sub-3:00, we’d love to have you join us for a workout!

How much is CrossFit?
CrossFit v16 is free for Touchstone members. Non-members must purchase a day pass at the front desk.
