We offer an array of climbing clinics for all levels of climbers. If you are just starting out take our Basic Technique Clinic, if you are a well seasoned climber take out Intro to Training Clinic to beef up your power! If you are unsure where you stand please consult with your local desk staff for some guidance.
Injury Prevention with Jared Vagey “The Climbing Doctor”
In this clinic, you will utilize a climbing specific warm-up, use a variety of equipment such as resistance bands and learn to how to change how you move to prevent the most common climbing injuries.
Dr. Vagy is an authority on climbing related injuries. He has published numerous articles on injury prevention and delivers lectures and seminars on the topic. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Southern California, ranked the number one DPT Program in the nation for the last decade by US News and World Report. He is now a professor at the University in the DPT Program. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy in clinical practice, he went on to complete a one year residency program in orthopedics and a one year fellowship program in movement science. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

We’re more than just a gym—we are a community of health-conscious people looking for fun ways to get fit and stay active. All fitness classes are included in your gym membership. Non-members may purchase day passes and drop in any time.
