We offer an array of climbing clinics for all levels of climbers. If you are just starting out take our Basic Technique Clinic, if you are a well-seasoned climber take out Intro to Training Clinic to beef up your power! If you are unsure where you stand please consult with your local desk staff for some guidance.
Our fitness offerings include a weight room, cardio machines, a programs room, and a myriad of classes to keep your workouts fun and engaging. We’re more than just a gym—we are a community of health-conscious people looking for fun ways to get fit and stay active. All fitness classes are included in your gym membership. Non-members may purchase day passes and drop-in any time.
