We offer a variety of yoga classes from beginner to advanced levels. Our experienced instructors teach a wide range of yoga styles and intensities, from all-levels Power Hour, to Rock ‘N Roll Yoga, to Yin + Restorative. We provide mats, blocks, and everything you will need for each class, but you are welcome to bring your own equipment. Kick it up a notch with our fun and challenging indoor cycling classes! Our bikes are ready to go in the fitness room located in the back of the gym.
This is an incredible workout and a great way to get out a little pent up aggression. Learn basic punch combinations and practice bag work, and be sure to save some strength for the ab work at the end. This class is guaranteed to make you sweat!
