This class is for anyone who would like to improve their flexibility, mobility and range of motion. Flexibility is an important part of athletic training. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back to aid balance and reduce muscle soreness post-workout. The class includes both active and passive flexibility with a focus on alignment. All levels are welcome.

Strength and Conditioning

Are you looking for an edge up in your climbing? With this high intensity training class (HIIT) you will build and increase your foundational strength which translates to added ability on the wall and everyday life. Using circuit training and primal movements, the aim is to increase your anaerobic output and produce more muscle recruitment. It only takes a few classes to notice improvements in your climbing fitness, so come check out this class!
