All gym visitors must show proof of vaccination to enter. Children 11 and under, who are ineligible to be vaccinated are exempt.

We offer a variety of yoga classes from beginner to advanced levels. Our experienced instructors teach a wide range of yoga styles and intensities. Please bring your own equipment. Check our monthly calendar for details on the style and level of classes currently offered.

This class is for anyone who would like to improve their flexibility, mobility and range of motion. Flexibility is an important part of athletic training. You will learn how to safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back to aid balance and reduce muscle soreness post-workout. The class includes both active and passive flexibility with a focus on alignment. All levels are welcome.
