Hosting a Group Event

Explore our group event offerings below and email mc_staff@touchstoneclimbing.com to receive more information and/or request a booking.
For any event you’d like to book with us:
- You must request your event at least two weeks before your desired date.
- Every participant must have a signed waiver to enter our facility. It is highly recommended that they do so in advance:

- Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian
- Even spectators must fill out a waiver
Adult Intro to Climbing Group Event
Rock climbing is not only a great team-building activity but also a fun activity for a group of friends to do together. If you are a group of at least six adults interested in learning how to rock climb, the Adult Intro to Climbing Event may be just the ticket.
By booking this event, you are guaranteed your very own, private, hour-long class that offers all the benefits of our Intro to Climbing Class (ICC), but with the added fun of doing it with your workmates or buddies.

- 50% Deposit of event total due at booking
- $55/participant (min 6 / max 20)

- Day pass
- Gear rental
- 1.5 hours of instruction & assistance
Cancellation Policy:
- At least one week's notice is required to receive a full refund.
Adult Climbing Event
Who says only kids get to have all the fun? Get your group of “big kids” (a.k.a adults, 18+) who want to try out rock climbing, but don’t necessarily want to learn how to belay, into one of our Adult Climbing Events. Our staff is happy to assist your group with the ropes so you don’t have to worry about anything but climbing and having fun!

- 50% Deposit of event total, due at booking
- $60/participant
Includes:
- 2 hours of staff-supported climbing
- Shoe & harness rental
- 1:6 instructor-to-participant ratio

Self Sufficient Group
For groups with experienced belayers, our Self Sufficient Group events are a great option. To hold a self-sufficient event, you must meet the following criteria:
- All belayers must be 18 years old or older and MUST either:
- Already be belay certified or
- Be able to pass our belay test on the day of the event with absolutely NO assistance from our staff
- For every five climbers, you must provide at least one Touchstone-certified belayer
If your belayer would like a how-to-belay refresher before your event, they can take our Intro to Climbing Class.

Community Groups
We love to partner with local schools and organizations that are looking to indoor rock climb as a way to help youth face fears, gain self-confidence, be active, and have fun! Discounts may be available for organizations working with under-resourced communities. Please contact us to see if your group or organization qualifies.

Special Event
Don't see what you're looking for above? Many groups utilize our gyms for company off-sites, team-building activities, and more. If you have an idea for how we can help facilitate your event, we are happy to consider it. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate all group requests.
