Growing up in family-owned yoga studios, Ellen has been practicing yoga since childhood. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from the Kripalu School of Yoga when she was 18 years old and has been teaching yoga to students of all ages ever since. With a deep focus on pranayama (breath techniques), Ellen’s teaching style is a mix between Hatha and Vinyasa. When she is not teaching yoga, Ellen can be found surfing, skiing, or performing stand-up comedy!
