Yoga practice, for Brianna, is essentially a meditative union between mind and body. Even with over 5 years of teaching experience, she remains a perpetual student. Daily practice sharpens her mental acuity and challenges her physical ability so that she steps off her mat equipped to navigate the rolling waves of existence with an even keel. Brianna’s sincere desire is to immerse students in the fluid experience of a balanced class that energetically sparks a fire within, while simultaneously providing a safe port to ground down amid the stressors of life.
