• Brianna

    Yoga Instructor

Yoga practice, for Brianna, is essentially a meditative union between mind and body. Even with over 5 years of teaching experience, she remains a perpetual student. Daily practice sharpens her mental acuity and challenges her physical ability so that she steps off her mat equipped to navigate the rolling waves of existence with an even keel. Brianna’s sincere desire is to immerse students in the fluid experience of a balanced class that energetically sparks a fire within, while simultaneously providing a safe port to ground down amid the stressors of life.

  • Eddie

    Fitness Instructor

A few years ago Eddie woke up and realized he was getting old. His back hurt, his hangovers were killing him, and he had started to read actual books. So he jumped into physical training and now his back hurts in a good way, his hangovers are manageable, and he’s read every Nicholas Sparks book without crying. Join him in his Peter Pan quest to never get old…he can’t promise it will change your life, but he does promise it will be fun, he shaved off that creepy mustache, and he won’t play any Drake. Let’s stay strong and functional! There will come a day we can’t do this, and today is not that day!

  • Sarah

    Acro Yoga

Sarah Yovovich thrives through play. She has been teaching formally since she was 12 years old, and her inner 12 year old and outer 42 year old both love sharing Thai massage, handstands, and AcroYoga. After a gymnastics injury and knee surgery in 2004, she became a massage therapist and yogi. In 2008, she fell in love with the playful and healing practice of AcroYoga. Through AcroYoga she discovered Thai massage, and was blown away by its gentle efficiency and its unique design to be healing for the giver, too. She weaves wisdom from Chinese medicine’s 5 Element Theory into all of her offerings, finding inspiration in the connections we can draw between nature and our internal landscapes.

  • Sam

    Yoga Instructor

Sam is an L.A. native, climber, and yogi. Living in the Midwest for a few years proved to be an overwhelmingly drastic change in lifestyle, leaving her struggling to find stress relief and a sense of belonging. She started consistently practicing vinyasa which morphed her practice from purely physical to holistic by incorporating body awareness and meditation into a lifestyle that fostered connection and community. Sam strives for a welcoming atmosphere, with classes that are approachable while packing in a healthy mix of strength and flexibility. Her focus on creative sequencing prepares her students for poses they might even be surprised to get into. She challenges her students while bringing levity to class with playfulness, sweet tunes, and a big sweaty smile. Sam completed her 200-hour RYT with Bare Feet Power Yoga in Chicago, IL.

  • Chrissy

    Yoga Instructor

Chrissy is a 200 hr RTY and mindfulness coach certified in meditation and breathwork. She moved to Los Angeles in 2016 from Portland, Oregon bringing her love of camping, hiking, surfing, bike rides, amazing food and a great laugh. Chrissy informs her daily yoga practice and teachings from the belief that when we arrive on our mats willing to be playfully present, breathing into strange shapes and softening our edges, we practice training our minds and bodies for physical and emotional endurance off the mat. In yoga, as in life, success follows those who show up imperfectly for the first hour and again for the ten-thousandth. Chrissy offers a dynamic flow tying intentional breath to movement with deep stretching, heat-building sequences and attention to technical details — without forgetting to stay playful.

  • Amanda

    Fitness Instructor

Cultivated in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, blossomed in New York City, and transplanted in Los Angeles. I have dedicated my life to pushing and exploring my physical boundaries. Growing up in a small mountain-town, I was raised to be a stereotypical adrenaline-junky: skiing 10,000 feet of rugged mountain terrain, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, and long-boarding, all the while devoted to preparing for a life as a professional dancer. I received my BFA in Dance from Rutgers University, during which time I suffered from a debilitating back injury that threatened to put my dreams to a complete halt. As luck would have it, I discovered Pilates. Through this dedicated practice I was able to come back stronger than ever before, and dive head-first into the New York City professional dance scene. Inspired by the life-changing results that Pilates had supplied, I received my Comprehensive Certification course through the internationally-renown, BASI Pilates, under the mentorship of founder and master teacher, Rael Isacowitz. By combining these elements and life experiences, I seized the opportunity to manifest my dream of creating a holistic approach to fitness. A resource for you to find[joy], find[potential], and find[connectivity] in this “busy” world where we seem to be continually moving away from ourselves. A place to rediscover the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
