• Brianna (she/her)

    Yoga Instructor
Yoga practice, for Brianna, is essentially a meditative union between mind and body. Even with over 5 years of teaching experience, she remains a perpetual student. Daily practice sharpens her mental acuity and challenges her... physical ability so that she steps off her mat equipped to navigate the rolling waves of existence with an even keel. Brianna’s sincere desire is to immerse students in the fluid experience of a balanced class that energetically sparks a fire within, while simultaneously providing a safe port to ground down amid the stressors of life.
  • Eddie (he/him)

    Fitness Instructor
Eddie grew up in the Bay Area, moved to San Diego for 10 years for undergrad and grad school, and then moved to Los Angeles for work in 2008. Yes, he’s old. But he stays... functional and mobile by mixing up workouts with HIIT, calisthenics, strength training, and 90s rap music. During class he likes to yell random catch phrases like “Freeze and Squeeze!” and “Time under Tension!” to keep you motivated. Additionally, he will say physiological words like “Serratus!” and “Posterior Chain!” so you know he knows what he’s talking about. Come out and play! There will come a day you cannot do this… today is not that day!!!
  • Sarah (she/her)

She moved to Los Angeles in 2016 from Portland, Oregon bringing her love of camping, hiking, surfing, bike rides, amazing food... and a great laugh. Chrissy informs her daily yoga practice and teachings from the belief that when we arrive on our mats willing to be playfully present, breathing into strange shapes and softening our edges, we practice training our minds and bodies for physical and emotional endurance off the mat. In yoga, as in life, success follows those who show up imperfectly for the first hour and again for the ten-thousandth. Chrissy offers a dynamic flow tying intentional breath to movement with deep stretching, heat-building sequences and attention to technical details — without forgetting to stay playful.

  • Sara (she/her)

    Yoga Instructor
Sara began her yoga journey as an actor and singer in New York City as a way of combating the building stress and anxiety of her hectic daily life. On the mat, she found a... quieting of the mind and aliveness in the body that was unfamiliar but so exciting for her. She learned that her practice IN the yoga studio translated to an ability to find more presence, self-regulation, and bravery in the face of discomfort OUTSIDE of the studio. Since then, her yogic path has led her to extensively study yoga, breathwork, meditation, and holistic nutrition in many corners of the world over the last several years. Sara found her way to LA about a year ago after trading in busy New York City life for island life in Hawaii in 2020. She is passionate about guiding others back to the safety and calm that lies in finding full embodiment, presence, and a regulated nervous system through her classes. Sara’s mindful flows provide creative sequencing with a focus on breath and awareness, and a balance of building heat and restorative stretching. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa certification with Sonic Yoga in New York City, and went on to complete 80 hours of Yin training with Red Diamond Yoga here in Los Angeles as well as Kali Durga Yoga. Sara also loves to serve others through sound healing with her singing and crystal bowls, and through functional nutrition as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.
