Her sincere desire is to immerse students in the fluid experience of a balanced class that energetically sparks a fire within, while simultaneously providing a safe port to ground down amid the stressors of life. She guides her students to reap the benefits of practice by challenging them to discover the potential of their physical body, so that they can carry a calm sense of joy off their mat and into life.
