Chris took the first steps towards a more peaceful life with choosing to embrace a vegetarian lifestyle at age 11. However, it wasn’t until his early 20s that he found joy in running and routine fitness. After getting sober in early 2012, he discovered the benefits of regular yoga practice and dove head-first into teacher training. Since then Chris has continued to teach, seek and learn and has acquired certificates in personal training, jivamukti yoga & reiki level 2.
