With over a decade of dedicated yoga practice, Kaiya approaches teaching as a way to share the grounding, clarity, and strength that yoga has brought into her life. Her classes are rooted in breath awareness and mindful movement, offering a space to explore balance—between effort and ease, stillness and flow. Whether you’re new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner, she strives to create an inclusive and supportive environment where each student can connect more deeply to their own practice, body, and inner wisdom. She also draws inspiration from her everyday life—creating art, playing in nature, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, traveling and spending time with her sweet dog!
