Ryan Kowalski (he/him)

Ryan is a long-standing member of the Touchstone climbing community who’s been hanging around like a stubborn sloth since 2003.  He initially discovered Touchstone when he stumbled upon the grand opening of Diablo Rock Gym. Starting as a casual climber, he eventually became a dedicated full-fledged member. Recognizing his commitment, Touchstone invited Ryan to join their staff as a belay aficionado. From there, his ascent up the Touchstone career ladder was wild and unpredictable; front desk staff.

Ryan’s humorous nature and ability to make people laugh quickly made him a beloved member of the Pipeworks family when he transferred there. And just when he thought things couldn’t get any better, in 2022, he landed himself in the mystical realm of finance, holding the legendary title of Payroll Associate. Throughout his meandering journey, Ryan has always embraced the whimsical spirit of Touchstone, bringing joy and laughter to the community, whether he’s climbing or crunching numbers.
