Touchstone Climbing is dedicated to creating a safe environment for all participants at our facilities. Climbing is inherently dangerous. Safe practice requires the active involvement of both the climber and the belayer, which dictates the need for personal responsibility. It is therefore our requirement that all participants sign a liability release. Our rules and belay tests have been developed to help us evaluate and minimize the potential for climber or belayer error, but they are weak substitutes for attentiveness and appreciation of the responsibilities we all have for our own safety. Find out more about our position on safety here.
Each participant must sign a liability waiver or have a current copy on file in order to be in the gym. To save time during check-in, fill out our online waiver now. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver filled out by their legal guardian.
Our liability waiver is also available in Spanish.
Tambien tenemos nuestra renuncia de la responsabilidad disponible en espanol.
