Slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in this calming Yin Yoga practice. Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing time for muscular relaxation, mindful breathing, and meditative stillness. This class is suitable for all levels—no experience required. Whether you’re looking to balance an active lifestyle, ease stress, or find a quiet moment of inner reflection, Yin Yoga offers a grounding and restorative experience that nurtures both body and mind.

The techniques we use in this class are not confined to the yoga studio but can also benefit us in navigating the stresses of daily life and enhancing our performance, even in activities like climbing.
