Yoga

Enjoy one of our many yoga classes in our studio located on the second floor of the building. With styles ranging from ashtanga to vinyasa, our instructors keep the classes fresh and accessible to participants of all experience levels. Check out our calendar for details on daily classes. Mats and equipment are available at no charge, and you are welcome to bring your own.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is a 1-hour hot yoga class with weights. Think vinyasa flow, incorporating lighter dumbbells with pulsing and static holds. Layered with push-ups, mountain climbers, planks, ab workouts, a cardio Tabata (includes burpees, frog jumps, starfish jumps, etc.), and a section of toning the glutes, this class is sure to make you sweat!

AcroYoga

AcroYoga is a fusion of partner acrobatics and yoga. No experience or partner is necessary. This practice is about becoming stronger and more flexible while lifting and being lifted up by other humans. If you want to increase your strength and mobility and you’re super into having fun this is a good class for you.

Aerial Silks

Think yoga while suspended in mid-air! It will help improve your focus, strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility and reduce stress. It’s Aerial Silks! All skill levels welcome.

Core & More

This class is focused on strengthening the core through various mat exercises in order to improve overall athletic performance. All movement originates from your core, and you’ll see total fitness gains by improving core strength and mobility. Core & More also incorporates group workouts and the implementation of light weights to keep the class challenging and fun.

TRX

This class utilizes a suspension training workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Our instructors will guide you through workouts and help you control how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise—it’s simple and easy to adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance.
