Hatha Yoga
Wed @ 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Hatha Yoga is the basic form of Yoga that all other traditions and styles stem from. “Ha” means sun, “ta” means moon, and “Yoga” means “union.” The goal of “Hatha Yoga” is to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you. It is a physical preparation—preparing the body for higher possibilities. This class starts with a slow warm-up, focusing on strong foundations and alignment, and works up to Sun Salutation variations. Whether you are a beginner who is just starting out or a seasoned Yogi who wants to get back down to the basics for a stronger alignment and practice, this class is for you.
