MetalMark opened in Fresno in 2011 as the Central Valley’s premier climbing gym. Named after the metalmark butterfly native to the region, Metalmark was designed from the ground up to bring something unique to this previously underserved climbing community.
Innovative terrain? Check. Adjustable cracks to practice for Yosemite splitters? You got it. Striking floor-to-ceiling windows to light the 45-foot walls? Of course. MetalMark shows why contemporary and cutting-edge terrain are synonymous with Touchstone.
As a part of Touchstone Climbing, a public benefit corporation with 18 climbing gyms across California, MetalMark serves the Fresno community through our ongoing community support and outdoor stewardship initiatives.
