About The Post
The Post opened in 2022 in Pasadena, CA, transforming a historic US Post Office Building into a modern gym by raising the roof and digging into the ground to bring you our 40-foot walls. Delivering on Touchstone’s commitment to quality, The Post was our second gym in Southern California to include rope climbing and offers incredible climbing terrain, comprehensive fitness classes, and a supportive community. As one of the first Touchstone gyms to feature our own training board, the Touchstone Board, we’ve become a training destination looking for climbers to level up. Whether you’re sending your first route or your hardest bouldering project, The Post has something for everyone.
Fun little-known fact: Before becoming The Post, the post office was named after Jackie Robinson, who grew up in the neighborhood.
As a part of Touchstone Climbing, a public benefit corporation with 18 climbing gyms across California, The Post serves the Pasadena community through our ongoing community support and outdoor stewardship initiatives.
From youth programs, climbing classes, and affinity groups, to an extensive range of amenities, The Post offers something for every climber, whether you are brand-new or looking to level up your training.
