Kiayla Jackson began practicing yoga as part of her personal Sunday self-care routine. In 2020 as the lockdown quieted a lot of our noisey lives, she heavily leaned into her practice learning more about the postures and their spiritual aspects. After experiencing the positive changes on her own body and mind, Kiayla wanted to share this practice with so many others! She became 200 hr yoga certified from Namaste Yoga. Kiayla believes that yoga is for everybody and every body! With her flows she encourages her students to bring themselves fully to the mat and leaves room for students to find their own expression. Whether you are taking Kiayla’s high vibe Rhythm and Flow class or her restorative climber’s cool down, expect to feel supported, celebrated, refreshed, and to have fun!
