Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga synchronizes movement with breath and is a vigorous style based on a rapid flow through sun salutations. You will find that vinyasa is both rigorous and relaxing, exercising stability, self-modifications, and perseverance.

Vinyasa Flow

Bringing the rigor and breath work of vinyasa to a continuous flow from one posture to the next, Vinyasa Flow is an energetic yoga class strengthens, stretches, and opens up your entire body, making it the perfect match to your climbing routine.

Yoga for Athletes

This class uses athletic training movements with Iyengar techniques, incorporating elements of breath and core work, strength, balance, flexibility, and relaxation. Wednesdays focus on strength movement to invigorate your body, while Fridays focus on restorative movement to replenish tired muscles.

Yoga Tune Up

Yoga Tune Up® is a fitness therapy format built around the three P’s – Pain, Posture, and Performance. It helps eradicate pain, improve posture, and enhance performance through a unique blend of corrective exercise, self-massage, and yoga. By helping to identify and target your “body blind spots”—areas that are most overused, underused, or misused—Yoga Tune Up heals damaged muscle, increases strength, and establishes healthy movement patterns to help you live better in your body.

Rocket Yoga

Created by Larry Schultz, one of the students of Pattabhi Jois, the Rocket is a sequential practice that works to harness the power of breath to focus and take you places you didn’t know you could go (upside down, sideways, you name it!). The Rocket consists of the poses from the primary and second series of Ashtanga. With a focus on building from the inside, and centering the mind through breath and movement, this is a fun and vigorous practice, which also has the room to be modified and treated more holistically.

Power Vinyasa Flow

Sunday yoga classes with Rivka are a power vinyasa flow with emphasis on opening the chest and shoulders for inversions and strength building. A balance of yin and yang will leave you recharged and ready for your week.
