Join us for three great morning stretching classes designed with climbers in mind. Meet near the yoga mats and enjoy an hour-long stretch lead by climber/yogi Emily Smiley. Be aware this is not a yoga class – all levels are welcome. Mats are limited!

This class will be a challenging 30-minute workout that will work every angle of your core. This class goes above and beyond sit-ups and crunches to define and sculpt abdominals, obliques & lower back. All experience levels welcome!
