Emily’s yoga journey began 14 years ago in a packed 105° studio with humidifiers—and she was instantly hooked. Certified in Thailand over 9 years ago, she’s taught throughout the Bay Area for the past 6 years. Her classes focus on core strength, deep stretching, and alignment-based movement to build body awareness on and off the mat. As a climber, Emily uses yoga to improve balance, mobility, and breath control—key tools for both the wall and life. Expect energizing flows, grounding breathwork, and long, stretchy finishes set to a thoughtfully curated playlist.
