Hosting a Group Event

Plan your next group event at The Oaks! 

Explore our group event offerings below. 

 

For any event you’d like to book with us:

  • You must request your event at least two weeks before your desired date.
  • Every participant must have a signed waiver to enter our facility. It is highly recommended that they do so in advance: 
    • Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian
    • Even spectators must fill out a waiver

Group Intro to Bouldering

Rock climbing is a great team-building activity as well as a fun thing for a group of friends to do together. If you are a group of at least six adults who are interested in learning how to rock climb, the Adult Into to Bouldering Class (IBC) event may be just the ticket. By booking this event, you are assured your very own, private, hour-long class that has all the benefits of our regular IBC, but the fun of doing it with just your work-mates or buddies.

 

How to Book

To schedule a Group IBC, please email us at oaks_staff@touchstoneclimbing.com with the names of those interested in attending the class and a few dates and times that would work for you. We recommend booking an event with at least two weeks’ notice.

Schedule: 

  • 1 Hour Time Slot

 

Price:

  • 50% Deposit of Total Price
  • $50/participant

 

Includes:

  • Day pass
  • Gear rental
  • 1 Hour Instruction for 6 people

Community Groups

We love to partner with local schools and organizations that are looking to indoor rock climb as a way to help their youth conquer fears, gain self-confidence, be active, and have fun! Discounts may be available for organizations working with under-resourced communities, please contact us to see if your group or organization qualifies!
