We offer an array of climbing clinics for all levels of climbers. If you are just starting out take our Basic Technique Clinic, if you are a well-seasoned climber take out Intro to Training Clinic to beef up your power! If you are unsure where you stand please consult with your local desk staff for some guidance.
We are currently in the planning stages of an expansion that will include programming and fitness spaces. However, we are so excited about this, we decided to add a temporary yoga room in the meantime. Check out our current fitness classes.
Our fitness offerings include a weight room, cardio machines, a programs room, and a myriad of classes to keep your workouts fun and engaging. We’re more than just a gym—we are a community of health-conscious people looking for fun ways to get fit and stay active. All fitness classes are included in your gym membership. Non-members may purchase day passes and drop in any time.
We offer an array of clinics to help our members and guests improve their climbing skills. Check out our Tracks Program if you would like to reach a specific goal. We also offer one-on-one instruction and private lessons.
