Adult LIABILITY WAIVER 

Touchstone Climbing is dedicated to creating a safe environment for all participants at our facilities. Climbing is inherently dangerous. Safe practice requires the active involvement of both the climber and the belayer, which dictates the need for personal responsibility. It is therefore our requirement that all participants sign a liability release. Our rules and belay tests have been developed to help us evaluate and minimize the potential for climber or belayer error, but they are weak substitutes for attentiveness and appreciation of the responsibilities we all have for our own safety. 

Each participant must sign a liability waiver or have a current copy on file in order to be in the gym. If you are 18 years or older, save time by filling out an online waiver right now! Otherwise you will sign a digital copy at the gym.

Under 18 liability waiver

Participants under the age of 18 visiting the gym for the first time must be accompanied by a legal guardian to sign a waiver. To save time, a legal guardian can fill out our online waiver ahead of time.
