The Cliffs of Id is currently under construction in Culver City. Since the bouldering area is coming along nicely, we hosted an Open House for people to come see the gym for themselves. We were expecting a decent turn out, but we were blown away when over 20o people flooded into the building, and the pony keg was tapped in the first 45 minutes. Note to self: 5 gallons isn’t enough for Culver City!
The gym is divided roughly into thirds. 1/3 bouldering. 1/3 rope climbing. 1/3 locker rooms, training area, fitness and cardio space, yoga studio ext. Right now, we are hopeful that the bouldering area and the fitness area will open in late 2015. Since we are digging down and raising the roof to accommodate the 42 ft rope climbing walls, this section of the gym will open later. Monthly membership is the same as LA Boulders, and members will enjoy reciprocal membership at all Touchstone Climbing Gyms. Here are a few of our favorites photos that people shared on instagram.
