“People are always looking for the quickest way to get results,” said Dustin Stumpf. CrossFit is the ANSWER!”
There’s great news for Sacramento Pipeworks members. On Wednesday, January 23rd from 5 until 8 pm, CrossFit Pipeworks will open their new program with a BBQ to welcome new and existing members.
“CrossFit covers such a broad spectrum of unique movements and challenging workouts to produce ultimate results,” said Dustin Raúl Stumpf, a 23-year-old Crossfit instructor from Salinas. Stumpf, who graduated with an Exercise Science degree from Sacramento State, will be one of our instructors at CrossFit Pipeworks
Beyond providing people with the extra motivation to attain their fitness goals, Stumpf plans to create a CrossFit Kids team and a competitive team for those who want to pursue their goals in the CrossFit Realm.
Many of the WODs, the workouts of the day, will be customized to benefit rock climbing members. Traditional CrossFit workouts like Benchmark Girls, Hero, and Fran will be cycled through as well.
CrossFit helps people develop their strengths and increase their fitness, specifically their core. “A weak core invites a higher risk of injury when performing daily activities. CrossFit and healthy eating habits allow our bodies to develop to their full potential,” said Stumpf.
CrossFit will be included with regular membership. Classes begin February 1st but special early classes will be made available to BBQ attendees. For more information check out the Facebook page- Crossfit Pipeworks.
